SHSI Conflict Resolution Training Terms of Service

Effective Date: September 21, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SHSI Conflict Resolution Training, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the platform. SHSI Conflict Resolution Training is provided by Safe Haven Systems Institute LLC ("SHSI," "we," or "us").

2. Authorized Use

SHSI Conflict Resolution Training is an invite-only platform. Access is limited to authorized participants who have been invited by an SHSI facilitator and have completed the required verification and onboarding process. You may use the platform only for authorized training, professional development, and related educational purposes.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify SHSI promptly of any unauthorized use or security breach. You must use the Google account that matches your SHSI invitation email.

4. Training Access

Access to training content, modules, plays, assessments, and other materials is determined by your training assignment and authorization level. SHSI reserves the right to modify, restrict, or revoke access at any time. Access to protected training content requires authorization and is not guaranteed by account creation alone.

5. Intellectual Property

All training materials, curriculum, facilitator guides, assessment content, scenarios, plays, worksheets, and related materials provided through SHSI Conflict Resolution Training are the intellectual property of Safe Haven Systems Institute LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or create derivative works from SHSI materials without prior written authorization from SHSI.

6. Prohibited Misuse

You agree not to:

  • Share, transfer, or allow unauthorized access to your account
  • Attempt to access training content, facilitator materials, or administrative functions beyond your authorization
  • Reproduce, redistribute, or publish SHSI training materials without authorization
  • Use the platform for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform's security, integrity, or operation

7. Trainee Submissions

You retain ownership of the original content you submit as part of your training (such as worksheet responses and reflections). By submitting coursework, you grant SHSI a license to use, review, evaluate, and retain your submissions for training, assessment, credentialing, and administrative purposes. Submissions may be reviewed by authorized facilitators as part of the competency evaluation process.

8. Credential and Certification Requirements

Certificates and credentials are issued at the discretion of SHSI based on facilitator review of competency evidence and completion of required training components. No single worksheet, play, or assessment independently determines certification. SHSI reserves the right to require remediation, reassessment, or additional training before issuing a credential. Credentials may be revoked for cause in accordance with SHSI policy.

9. Suspension or Termination of Access

SHSI may suspend, pause, or terminate access to the platform at any time, with or without cause, including for violations of these Terms, failure to meet training requirements, or organizational administrative decisions. Upon termination, your right to access the platform and training content ceases.

10. Technology Availability

SHSI strives to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The platform may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical failures, or circumstances beyond SHSI's control. SHSI is not liable for any downtime or data loss resulting from technical failures.

11. Limitation of Unauthorized Reproduction

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or redistribution of SHSI training materials, curriculum, facilitator guides, assessment content, or any other proprietary content is strictly prohibited. Violators may be subject to legal action and may be held liable for damages resulting from unauthorized use.

12. Policy Updates

SHSI may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date shown at the top of this page. Continued use of SHSI Conflict Resolution Training after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
